Crosby Homes, Inc. has been chosen as the builder for the 2009 CBS13 and CW31 Television Home of Distinction located in the prestigious East Ridge development of Fairfield. Filming has already begun with weekly television segments to come demonstrating the unique concepts and products this home will afford. Following construction and beginning July 23rd a tour will be held over three weeks benefiting Safequest Solano, a charity for battered women and children. Tickets are $8.00 in advance, $10 at the door. On August 8th a Gala benefiting Safequest Solano will be held with world renown Grammy Nominee, violinist Philippe Quint performing. KOVR will present the telecast Gala via podcast with opportunities for viewers to donate to this fine charity.

Crosby Design and Crosby Homes, Inc. have been chosen to design and build "two" street of dreams homes for the 2009 Street of Dreams located in the breathtaking Canyon Ridge development of Auburn. Each home boasts stunning views of the North Fork of the American River Canyon as it plunges nearly 1,000 feet to the river below. At times a seasonal double waterfall can be seen across the canyon. It is anticipated that over 40,000 people will pay $10 each to tour these homes. Excitement is already brewing over the unique plans that Crosby Design has provided.
