Here are some photos of a home remodel in Fair Oaks. The entry was 70ish with 7 foot ceilings, red tile floor and a crowded passage into the family room. The family room was small and dated with beamed ceilings, a non-usable fireplace, and painted wood panel walls. The kitchen was blocked from the Family room by a row of functional, yet obtrusive overhead cabinets. The view to the beautiful backyard and pool was hampered by small windows and doors. The home was crying out for a makeover. Here is what we came up with:
